About Aarons Self Storage
Aarons Self Storage sits in Springdale, Arkansas, and rents units for general storage, boats, and RVs. The place has a 3.8-star rating from 24 Google reviews, so you get a mix of experiences. Some reviewers call the prices very reasonable and say the manager is nice and helpful. One long-time customer had no issues over several years. But others mention mice in units, an old gate that does not always work, a lack of lights and cameras, and being locked out over payment disputes. The manager/owner was described as not taking responsibility for the mouse problem. If you are considering it, ask about pest control, security, and payment policies before you sign. The office has set hours and does not take cards, according to a reviewer.
