ABC Storage

About ABC Storage

ABC Storage is a self-storage and business complex in Kalispell, Montana, offering outdoor RV spaces along with mini storage, industrial storage and warehouse space. It also handles boat storage. Renters can pay online, and the facility keeps posted hours rather than staying open around the clock. The reviews are mixed. One person said the process was quick and friendly with reasonable prices, and a couple mention friendly staff. James in particular gets credit: one RV owner called him after another rig was parked so close the leveler handle wouldn't fit, and he showed up within minutes with tools to get the jacks up. Other reviewers warn about billing. One writes that rent went up without notice and that a unit was never cancelled, leaving them paying for two with no refund. The same person found the online account system outdated and password changes failing. Worth asking how notices and cancellations are handled before you sign.
