About Academy Mini Storage
Academy Mini Storage sits in Little River-Academy, Texas, and it handles both self storage and RV parking. A recent expansion added new sizes and more parking, so there may be options that weren't there before. Access is gated and code-controlled, and the property has cameras, with 24/7 entry mentioned by reviewers. Reviews land around 4.2 stars from 19 people, and the recurring notes are cleanliness and security. One long-term renter calls it well maintained and pest free and says the manager is friendly and quick to help. Another praises how clean the units are and how kind the staff was. Not everyone is happy: one reviewer reports a break-in and says the cameras are only at the office, and another mentions a rate increase. It's a plain, practical spot for a rig or a unit. If you want specifics on what's open right now, call or stop by.
