About Access 24 Self Storage Eastern Ave.
Access 24 Self Storage on Eastern Ave in Grand Rapids gets solid marks from renters, holding a 4.7-star average across 83 Google reviews. Reviewers mention the manager, John, by name and describe him as friendly and knowledgeable. One long-term customer said they would not go anywhere else in Grand Rapids. The 24-hour access comes up as a plus, and more than one reviewer notes a free moving truck available for renters. Paperwork is described as short and simple compared to other places. Prices get called decent, and management was willing to work with at least one customer on move-in and move-out costs. One caution from a reviewer: they were charged for an extra month after they stopped using the unit. The advice was to cancel at least a month ahead. If you are close to moving out, ask how the timing works before you sign.
