About Access Self Storage
Access Self Storage on the self-storage side offers drive-up, inside and outside parking, and the company describes the units as clean and well maintained. Boat and RV storage are listed among its categories, so rig owners can ask about outside parking. Reviews are split. Some long-time customers say they have never had a problem, and one person praises an employee by name as sweet and says they would recommend the place. Others describe billing trouble: payments not recorded, surprise balances, repeated charges and lockouts. A few people report calls and emails about a space going unanswered, and one says the owner was rude when they asked about price. The rating sits at 3.6 from 29 reviews, with fees and payment coming up most. Hours are posted but the office is not open around the clock. If you are comparing spots for a rig, read the recent reviews yourself and get any balance in writing.
