About Accessible Storage
Accessible Storage sits in South Roxana, about three minutes north of the Wood River Refinery History Museum. Units run from 5 x 10 up to 15 x 25, and you can rent online or pay your bill the same way. Reviewers keep coming back to the security. One long-term renter says the gate and cameras mean no break-in issues in almost a year with three units. Others praise the staff by name and say messages get answered fast. A tenant of 10 months called the prices the best in the area and said they always feel safe there. It is not all praise. One reviewer had trouble reaching a unit for a week and a half after snow wasn't plowed, and another was unhappy with how management handled things. Office hours change day to day, so check before you drive over if you need to talk to someone in person.
