About Affordable Attic Self Storage
Affordable Attic Self Storage on 23rd Street in McAllen has been around since 1995, and they were the first to bring climate controlled units to the Rio Grande Valley. The place runs a 4.9 rating across 87 Google reviews, and folks keep mentioning the same things: clean, well lit, and easy to get in and out of. For RV owners, there is outdoor storage and 24/7 gated access, so you can pull in or out whenever it suits you. Reviewers talk about the property being fumigated (no rodents or bugs), and one person mentioned a courtesy call to remind them about a payment. Staff like Nataly and Ximena come up by name for being helpful and friendly. Another reviewer said they were shown multiple units to find the right fit. If you need climate controlled space for valuables, that is available too. The facility is gated with cameras, and month to month rentals, online payments, and moving supplies are all part of the setup. Stop by or call to see what fits your rig.
