About Air N' Space Self Storage
Air N' Space sits in Chantilly and covers more than boxes. Along with drive-up and climate controlled units, there is gated outdoor parking for vehicles, boats, and trailers. Reviews mention the place staying clean, and one former tenant noted the building was once a brewery, which they credit for keeping humidity low in the climate controlled section. The lot is gated and lit, with cameras and 24/7 access, and staff are onsite seven days a week. Reviewers often bring up the courteous staff and organized facility. The tradeoff is cost: several reviewers say the rate climbed every six months or so, and one long-term tenant pointed out new-customer specials running lower than what they paid. A few reviewers over the years described security gate and roll-up door problems and said management handled their complaints poorly. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you sign.
