About AK Storage Centers
AK Storage Centers in Wasilla provides RV, boat, and self-storage options. Reviewers call the place spotless and extremely secure, pointing to cameras everywhere and bright security lights. A long-time customer with a travel trailer and motorhome says staff are pleasant and helpful, though not on site. Access is 24 hours without a fee, according to a reviewer who also mentions a roaming guard. Another reviewer had a reserved spot that was too small, but staff moved them to a better space the same evening. One person mentions a contract clause about liability after an attempted catalytic converter theft. If you're storing over winter, one reviewer warns to avoid the far end of the A row because snow and ice build up at the door. Others say the grounds are clean and easy to get around with a trailer. Cash, check, and card are accepted.
