About All Star Self Storage
All Star Self Storage on the grid in Sacramento handles RVs along with general self-storage and boat storage. The lot has covered spaces, and the rating sits at 4.2 stars from 55 reviews. Staff friendliness comes up often in reviews, and several people mention the manager by name. One reviewer with a temperature-controlled unit said the area was easy to get to with carts and elevators, and the staff was helpful when a card on file expired. Others describe the facility as clean and secure. A long-term renter of two years called it spotlessly clean and said an issue was handled quickly. Not every review is positive. One person reported rodent damage to stored items, and another had a run-in with management. Parking rules also drew a complaint from someone who found the walk to the door long. If you are bringing a rig, ask about parking and access before you commit.

“Would give 4 1/2 if I could. The half star deduction is for not reopening their bathroom. Understandable they closed it early in Covid but at this point it's ridiculous. People are there for quite some time on occasion. Beyond that, Mr.” – Doug C., 4 years ago, on Google
“I don't have a whole lot of experience with storage. Except for I've been renting from these guys for 2 years. I have heard horror stories about storage units people climbing over the top of your storage all kinds of craziness.” – Betty M., 5 years ago, on Google
“My items were stored in a temperature controlled, locked area. This area was easily accessible by carts and elevators. The staff is friendly and helpful. My Visa card on file expired and inadvertently my bill was late.” – Janell C., Edited 9 years ago, on Google
