About All Star Storage
All Star Storage sits in Arab, Alabama, and rents units for personal belongings along with space for cars, boats and RVs. The office handles rentals by email contract and direct debit, and reviewers describe the process as quick. A few call the manager friendly and easy to work with, and one family said staff got them a unit fast after a storm damaged a relative's condo. Access runs 7:30 am to 8:00 pm, not around the clock. Several reviewers wish it ran later, and one said the gate locks near 7pm. The same person called the people "the sweetest" anyway. Not everyone was pleased. One renter reported mice and fire ants in their unit and said a unit across the street was broken into, and they would not rent there again. That is one account out of 19 Google reviews, which average 4.3 stars. Climate controlled units come up more than once in the reviews, with one person saying they love theirs in both winter and summer. There is no 24-hour access here.
