About Alpha Self Storage
Alpha Self Storage in Cottonwood offers outdoor RV and boat parking with pull-through spaces ranging from 18 to 40 feet. That setup works well if you're rolling through and don't want to back a big rig into a tight spot. The property has security cameras, and reviewers often mention seeing them around the lot. Reviews point to Christian, the manager, as the reason many people stick around. Folks describe her as patient, friendly, and good at walking new renters through the process. One long-term customer said she made a downgrade to a smaller unit easy. Others mention the facility is clean and the sign-up quick. Not every review is positive. One warns about multiple price increases within a year and claims a cash incentive was offered for reviews. Another says paying with a card wasn't an option when trying to settle a bill. The overall rating sits at 4.3 from 103 reviews, so it's worth reading a few before you commit.
