The facility runs 218 units with drive-up access, and it is fully automated, so you can rent a space on your phone or computer without waiting on an office visit. Several name Dave and Mistee Scott specifically, describing them as helpful, fair, and quick to sort out problems. One long-term tenant calls the place secure and clean, and another wishes there were covered spots for RVs, so ask about that if you need one. People also mention renting online as simple and getting into their unit the same day. The call center gets a few grumbles, but the on-site crew tends to make up for it.
