About American Mini Storage
American Mini Storage is a family-owned spot in Capistrano Beach that's been around since 1985. They have RV and boat angled parking spaces, plus indoor and drive-up units if you need to stash other stuff. The facility sits close to the I-5, which makes it easy to get in and out. Reviewers keep mentioning the staff, especially Christine, who they say is friendly and actually remembers you. People describe the place as spotless and well maintained. No hidden fees or weird requirements, according to multiple reviews. One person said they checked out five other storage places before picking this one. It's a solid choice if you're storing a rig in South Orange County and want a clean, secure lot with people who know what they're doing. Hours are available, but call ahead for specifics.
