About American Mini Storage
American Mini Storage on Kingman's north side is a gated self-storage lot that also takes RVs and boats. You get digital access at the gate and cameras watching the property. Easy to pull a rig in and out. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Carl and Debi get named more than once for being helpful and straight with renters. One person has stayed five years and points to the cameras and fencing. Others call the place clean and well kept, with reasonable rates for Kingman. Not every review is glowing. A long-term renter from years back described a break-in and blamed the managers at the time, who are no longer there. Current owners get credit for quick replies and simple billing. Hours vary, so call before you haul over.
