About American Self Storage #13
American Self Storage #13 is part of an Oklahoma-owned chain with 23 facilities and more than 30 years behind it. The Lawton location handles personal storage plus boat and RV parking, and it also rents U-Haul trucks and trailers. Packing supplies are on hand if you need boxes before a move. Reviewers keep bringing up Gene, the manager, and not in a passing way. People describe him as professional and flexible, and one customer said he drove their car home to save them an extra trip after a U-Haul rental. Another mentions the place is older but that staff went out of their way anyway. Military families show up in the reviews more than once. Price comes up too. One long-time customer calls the rates some of the best around, and another says it is cheaper than other spots in town by a fair margin. The facility holds a 4.5 rating across 50 Google reviews, with renting and safe storage among the things people mention.
