About American Self Storage #15
American Self Storage #15 is part of an Oklahoma-owned chain with locations across the state and into Wichita, Kansas. The Shawnee site handles RV and boat storage alongside regular self storage, with a gate and cameras on the property. You can also rent a U-Haul truck here and pick up packing supplies. Reviewers tend to bring up the manager by name. Tonja gets credit for calling when a lock wasn't hooked right and for keeping the grounds and locks in shape. One long-time renter said they liked it enough to go from one unit to two. Others describe the staff as polite and professional, and mention surveillance on site. Not everyone is happy. A few reviews complain about restrictions, insurance requirements, and late-payment threats, and one mentions gravel that's hard to drive on near the front. With a 4.4 from 57 reviews, it's worth reading a few before you commit.
