About American Self Storage
American Self Storage in Dothan gets steady praise for its staff. Reviewers name Ms. Fran, Jessica, Taylor, and Ms. Tammy, saying they were friendly and walked them through the rental without making questions feel dumb. One person called the manager amazing and said she went above and beyond. Another mentioned being helped in a timely manner. The place rents units for RVs, boats, and regular storage, and it's open 24/7 for access. A reviewer noted it was the only small unit in town they found that wasn't astronomically priced, and another said the prices were beyond good. The rating sits at 4.8 from 13 reviews. One recent reviewer did wish there was still a person on property for questions or problems, and missed how clean the previous person kept the area. That's the main knock in the reviews. If you want a spot with staff who answer questions and don't rush you, this one comes up often.
