About American Self Storage
American Self Storage sits in Temple, Texas, and holds a 4.6-star rating from 34 Google reviews. Reviewers often mention the manager, Cindy, by name. One person has stored things there for 14 years and says she has managed it the whole time. Others call her efficient, friendly, and kind. The gate and 24/7 access come up in reviews. One customer goes late at night or early morning and feels safe alone on the property. Another points to the rates, noting a free month's rent. A long-term user consolidated several units into one here after trying three places in a year. Not every review is positive. One person found the place old, dirty, and overpriced, with no lighting, and raised a concern about how they were treated. The majority, though, describe clean, secure storage and good customer service from the first day to the last.
