About American Standard Multi-Storage
American Standard Multi-Storage on Google has a 4.1 rating from 8 reviews. Some reviewers had a rough time, especially with reservations and a staff member they found rude. One said a reservation wasn't found until she checked other papers, and another arrived to a closed office with an email confirmation in hand. Others had a better experience. One long-term renter stayed a year and a half and said they were treated well, got their deposit back on moving out, though mice were a problem. People also mention help with U-Haul rentals, calling the staff generous and kind. If you're thinking about parking your rig here, the reviews point to checking your reservation details and maybe stopping by in person first. The place handles both storage and U-Haul rentals.

What renters mention
“I used this storage facility for a year an a half, the only bad thing I can complain about is the mice. OTHERWISE THEY TREATED ME VERY WELL.” – Annette M., 3 years ago, on Google
“The Uhaul website is the worst and not very user friendly. It wouldn’t let me complete my reservation. When I got to the storage company the very nice lady helped me get a Uhaul with no problems. Thank you again for all your help.” – Natasha Y., 6 years ago, on Google
