About American Storage
American Storage sits in Missouri City and handles more than just household overflow. The property offers climate-controlled and standard units along with boat and RV storage, and the gate is access-controlled. U-Haul rentals and packing supplies are on site too, so you can grab a truck and boxes in one stop. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, especially Jenesha. People describe her as attentive, patient and welcoming, and several mention she walked them through the rental process or helped when the gate system had trouble. One long-term customer has stored there since 2016 and says she still makes them feel at home. Others call the units clean and the process quick and smooth. Online booking and payments are available, and managers are on call if you need a hand. It's a straightforward spot for parking a rig or clearing out the garage.
