About American Way Storage
American Way Storage sits in Johnston City, Illinois, and it handles more than household overflow. The place is veteran owned and operated, and it is locally managed rather than part of a chain. Units rent month to month, so you are not locked into a long commitment. Access runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Security cameras and bright LED lighting cover the grounds. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else, calling them friendly and saying the rental process goes quickly. Others mention clean units and easy access to them. A few say the team works with you on payments as long as you stay in touch. The rating sits at 3.9 from 32 Google reviews, so it is not perfect, but the feedback that is there leans positive on service. Units come in a range of sizes, and you can reach the office by phone or email.
