About Ark-La-Tex Self Storage, LLC
Ark-La-Tex Self Storage is on the Arkansas side of Texarkana, and boat and RV storage is the newer piece of what they do. The rest is standard self-storage: climate control and standard units from 5x10 up to 10x30. They're also a U-Haul dealer, so truck rental and moving supplies are right there if you need them. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Denise gets named more than once for being patient and helpful, and people describe the spots as clean and the rates as fair. One long-term renter has been with them since 2018 and says they've never had a problem. Another said they'd rented since the facility changed hands and found the folks nothing but helpful. You can rent on site during office hours or through their website any time. Access is 24/7. Worth knowing: one reviewer had a rough experience with the facility manager over late fee policy, so read what you sign. The owner, though, gets called awesome and super nice in the same review.
