About Arnold Self Storage
Arnold Self Storage sits in Midland, Michigan, and rents covered, indoor, and outdoor space for RVs, boats, and everyday stuff. The place runs 24/7 access with cameras watching the lot. You can pay online, and they offer climate control for units that need it. Recent reviews are all over the map. Some folks mention a fast rental process and a personable staff on the phone. But others describe serious problems: locks cut, units ransacked, a leaking roof that ruined belongings, and gate issues at the RV lot. Several people say they had trouble getting a call back from management. A few also note rate increases and a requirement to buy their tenant insurance. If you're parking a rig here, the mixed feedback means it's worth reading the recent reviews yourself and asking about security and insurance before you sign.

What renters mention
“Went to check in on my trailer and found the gate wide open and two locks laying on the ground and asked for the code. The one that worked, I used to lock myself in until I left.” – Gail C., 4 months ago, on Google
“Only reason I didn't get a 5 is because, my last month they charged me and extra 30 dollars and said rate increase was coming after 6 months of storage. I also didnt like that you had to use there renters insurance to rent the unit.” – Anjale G., Edited 3 months ago, on Google
“The prices have gone up quite a bit over the last 3 years. Originally, the prices were low compared to other facilities but now I feel they are toward the higher end. Staff has been great to work with.” – Julia L., 7 months ago, on Google
