About Arrow Mini Storage
Arrow Mini Storage sits on the Houston map as a self-storage spot that also handles boat and RV parking. From the road you might not see much, and one reviewer notes the Budget truck return is tucked beside the Geico collision shop next door, so it's easy to drive past the entrance. Reviews split sharply. Several long-term customers say the place is secure and came through both the 2016 Tax Day flood and Hurricane Harvey without flooding. One renter has stayed since 2012 and calls the manager professional. Others describe rude phone manners from an older gentleman, reservations moved or dropped, and a lunch break that left someone waiting. Hours are posted but the gate isn't open around the clock. The average sits at 3.7 from 24 reviews, so read a few before you commit.
