Arrow Self Storage

About Arrow Self Storage

Arrow Self Storage sits in Reading and handles more than household overflow. Its categories cover car, boat, and RV storage too, so there is a spot for the rig when the driveway is not the answer. The gate runs on a security code, and access is available around the clock. Reviews land at 4.8 stars across 17 ratings, and one name comes up again and again: Jamie. People describe her as friendly and helpful, and more than one mentions great customer service. Reviewers also call the units clean and say the whole area always looks good. A few use words like secure and professional. One person has been doing business there six years. Not every review is glowing. One visitor says nobody came to open the gate for a scheduled appointment to see a unit, though they still thought the facility looked clean and secure. If you want to walk the grounds first, it is worth setting that up in advance.
