About Athens Lock Storage
Athens Lock Storage runs two locations in town, and RV and boat parking sits outdoors behind a gated, keypad-controlled fence. The lot is lit and under camera surveillance, and there's an actual person onsite if you need one. A reviewer who moved their RV here a few months back called it more affordable than their last spot. They said the gates work, the spaces are a good size, and the gravel got leveled out recently. Another long-term renter likes the call box for entry and the text-to-pay on the first of the month, and hasn't dealt with rodents or moisture. Several people single out the staff as helpful and polite. Not every review is glowing. One person who rented downtown reported a leaky roof and mold on their belongings. Another found cockroaches and spiderwebs while unloading into their unit. Asking about the specific spot before you sign is worth the trip.

“One of the only few places That's stores vehicles. After searching high and low I was able to find them and the representative who helped me Ms. Toni Jeannette was awesome!!!” – Syleen F., 3 years ago, on Google
“I’ve used Athens Lock for almost 3 years. They have an easy access call box to get in and it’s well lit around the property. Never had any issues with rodents or moisture/mold which I can’t say for others in the Athens area.” – Donald S., 10 months ago, on Google
“It's a storage facility, my experience was that I put things inside a lockable room. The rooms themselves are inside a chain link fence accessible through a locked gate controlled by a keypad.” – Dale N., Edited 5 years ago, on Google
