Auburn Mini Storage

About Auburn Mini Storage

Auburn Mini Storage sits in Bay City, Michigan, and holds a 4.1 rating across 10 Google reviews. Reviewers who had good experiences tend to talk about the people first. One calls the manager polite and respectful, saying he shows up on time or early and worked with them on their storage needs. Another mentions Deb by name, describing her as sweet and asking folks to be patient and leave a message since she is busy like any business owner. On pricing, the feedback leans positive. One reviewer calls the prices decent, another says they are fair and reasonable, and a third describes the units as nice. The complaints point the same direction though: getting ahold of management can take a while. One reviewer says it is sometimes hard to reach them. Another left a blunt warning with no details behind it. The area itself gets a mixed nod. One person called it really decent looking but too far from where they live. Nothing in the reviews mentions unit sizes, security features, or hours, so ask when you call.
