About Austin's Safe Storage LLC
Austin's Safe Storage LLC sits in Magee and runs a big operation: 741 units, an on-site manager, and covered spots for RVs and boats alongside regular and climate-controlled units. The place has a security fence and gates, and new cameras went in at some point. Reviews often mention the staff being friendly and the prices reasonable. One person said they called after hours on a closed day during an emergency and got help right away. Another called it a true hometown business with 24-hour easy access. A few people have had trouble getting their belongings out, though, including a lock change they did not know about. It is a self-storage facility, not an RV-only lot, so you will be parking among other renters. The office keeps hours but is not open around the clock. If you need to set up a payment or ask about a covered spot, the phone seems to be the way they handle things.
