About B & T Self Storage

B & T Self Storage is an RV storage facility in Manhattan, Kansas. Cameras are on site. The place has a 2.2-star average across 17 Google reviews, and the feedback leans hard in one direction. Getting hold of anyone is the recurring complaint. Reviewers say calls go unanswered or get picked up by someone in another location who does not know where the units are. One person was asked to wait until afternoon to unload because the guy was fixing a faucet. Others mention property upkeep and snow not being cleared, and one described mice and bugs in their unit. Several reviews center on deposits. Renters say they gave notice, moved out, and were still waiting on refunds months later, with emails claiming they were past due after being told the account was closed. If you are weighing this one against others in town, read the reviews first and go in clear-eyed about the communication side.
