About Ballentine Storage
Ballentine Storage sits in Irmo, South Carolina, where it handles household goods, boats, and RVs. It is the only self-storage spot in town, and reviews mention easy access from any direction. Folks who kept their things there for a couple of years said getting in and out was simple. Reviewers bring up the owners more than anything. People describe them as nice and understanding, and one renter said they worked with him when rent came up short. Another praised Mike for keeping the place neat and clean, which lines up with cleanliness being the most common topic in the reviews. Payment arrangements come up too. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about roaches and said the climate control units are old and hot. Another had a rough phone call and hung up unhappy. Still, 24 reviews average 4.5 stars, and several people say they would store here again.
