About Bastrop Self Storage
Bastrop Self Storage is a small, family-owned facility, and that comes through in the reviews. People mention the owner walking them through options without pressure, and one renter said calls and emails got answered within the hour. Another praised the manager, Jonathan, for staying on top of things and even replying on a Sunday. The place is gated with cameras and well-lit, and reviewers describe it as clean and well-maintained. Several call it the cheapest option they found in the area, and one long-term renter of more than four years reported no issues. You can handle everything online. One review stands out for the wrong reasons: a renter found mildew and mold on stored items, including plastic totes and boxes. Worth asking about climate control before you commit. Otherwise the feedback is steady on price, service, and security.
