About Baywood Self Storage
Baywood Self Storage sits in Mabank, in the heart of the Cedar Creek Lake area, with easy access from the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and Athens. RV and boat owners around the lake use places like this to cut down on hauling rigs back and forth. Reviews split, and it's worth knowing that going in. Several people praise the people running it. One reviewer thanked the owner for making room for a boat on short notice, and another said a small problem was fixed before they picked their boat up that same afternoon. Multiple reviewers mention new management working to update and repair an older facility, and one long-term customer noted rent stayed flat for three or four years. Not everyone is sold. One review complains about no cameras and gate gaps, along with rats, snakes and leaking roofs. Coded access is mentioned by a reviewer, and the listing notes cameras. The rating sits at 4.4 from 19 reviews. Call ahead to check what's open.
