Bell Avenue Self Storage

About Bell Avenue Self Storage

Bell Avenue Self Storage has been part of the Denton scene for almost 40 years. It's close to downtown, TWU, and UNT, and the place runs on controlled access with cameras watching around the clock. You can get to your unit from 6am to 10pm any day of the week. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One person said they were a breath of fresh air after calling other storage places. Others mention how understanding they are when bills get tight. A longtime tenant of nearly 10 years noted that rates have barely gone up, unlike other spots in town. Another reviewer rented a Penske truck here and said the team helped straighten out a booking mix-up even though they weren't storing anything. It's not all perfect. One reviewer dropped from 5 stars after a billing hiccup with a lost debit card, saying they weren't called when the card on file failed. Still, the overall rating sits at 4.5 from 60 reviews, and the helpfulness comes up again and again. The office offers online payments and packing supplies, and they do short and long term leases.
