About Best Self Storage - Oroville
Best Self Storage in Oroville handles RVs along with regular self storage. The place has covered and indoor storage types, plus cameras and lighting around the property. Google reviewers give it 4.4 stars across 148 reviews. The manager, Nicole, comes up again and again in reviews. People describe her as kind, professional, and someone who goes out of her way to help. Cleanliness is the most mentioned topic, and several reviewers note they saw no signs of mice or rats. Others mention their belongings stayed dry and secure, with a locking gate and personal PIN. Gate access runs 7am to 7pm, and a few reviewers wish those hours were longer, especially in summer. One long-term tenant said the units get dusty because of gaps at the top of the roll-up doors. Online payments and moving supplies are available. The office is going digital, so staff may not always be on site.
