About Best Self Storage Solutions - Basin
This is a self storage yard in Farmington with covered units and uncovered RV parking. The place runs on online payments, and there are security cameras on site. The company's own line is to call during office hours or book online. The reviews are mixed, and a few themes come up more than once. Several people say the gate hours didn't match what they were told, with openings and closings that came earlier than posted. One reviewer noted there is no manager on site anymore and that payments can go through the website, a drop box, or in person at an office on 30th Street. Others had trouble reaching a person by phone and said they got an answering service. One warned about photographing a unit before renting over a deposit dispute, and another said a paid unit was double locked and took days to clear. It's a working storage yard for rigs and household goods. Read the recent reviews and confirm the hours and access before you commit.
