About Best West RV and Self Storage
Best West RV and Self Storage sits just off exit 72 of I-44 in Springfield, close to the Springfield-Branson National Airport. People from Battlefield, Republic, Willard and Plano use it too. RV and vehicle storage is outdoor, behind a gate with cameras. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how easy the staff are to work with and how safe the place feels. Several mention the airport shuttle, including one driver who helped a customer with a dead battery and found them a hotel. When a hail storm damaged a stored camper, staff climbed up, took photos and taped over the holes. Others note clean units and quick responses to messages. One complaint stands out about a refund after a spot was cancelled early, so read the terms before you sign. Rates come up as low in a few reviews. Online and automatic payments are available.
