About BestBox Storage

BestBox Storage sits off I-90 and US 212 in Billings, with a second location in Laurel. RV, boat and auto storage is part of the mix alongside drive-up units, and the site is gated with 24-hour access. Rentals run month to month. Reviewers land at 4.2 stars across 75 reviews, and the staff gets most of the credit. People describe Megan as patient and transparent, quick to answer and willing to work through problems. Several mention campers and motor homes parked there without complaint. Not every review is kind. Some renters report gate trouble and break-ins through neighboring empty units, and others describe rates that climbed over time or late fees that showed up despite autopay. The same reviews often note that issues got fixed once someone was contacted. Worth reading the full set before you commit, especially if security is your main reason for choosing a spot.
