About Big Country Storage
Big Country Storage is a self-storage facility in Douglas, Wyoming, that also handles RV storage. The lot is gated, and the office keeps posted hours rather than staying open around the clock. Reviewers bring up the staff more than anything else. Several call them kind and accommodating, and one describes an employee going out of her way to sort out a U-Haul pickup. Another mentions having a unit here for over two years with no complaints. Not every review is warm: one person says the gate code did not work after hours, and another says a padlock was left on their unit after they paid and arranged access. The 3.9 rating across 16 reviews fits that mix. If you are parking a rig here, ask about gate access and unit locks before you commit.
