About Big Door Storage
Big Door Storage in Eagle River caters to rigs that don't fit in a standard unit. Indoor units measure 42 by 14 by 16 feet with 16-foot ceilings, and there's outdoor parking for boats and trailers. Access is 24/7, so you can get your gear whenever. Renting is done online: pick a unit, sign, and pay. No office visit needed. New tenants get the first month free when prepaying for a year. Reviewers mention clean and secure grounds, easy online payments with autopay, and friendly, responsive management. One boater called it super convenient for a large pontoon, and another said they got undercover just before a big storm. Not every review is positive. One renter had a dispute over charges and a deposit, so it's worth reading the recent feedback and asking questions before you commit.
