About Big Muddy Self Storage

Big Muddy Self Storage sits in De Soto, Illinois, and the reviews lean positive. Reviewers point to the fencing that wraps all the way around, the well lit grounds, and the security cameras. One renter said security has been increased in several ways. A few people mention the owner: polite, helpful, quick to answer questions. Not every review is glowing. One renter complained about mud dobbers in the unit and dirt blowing in from a neighboring field caking their belongings, though they still called security good and reported no leaks. Most others describe clean units and easy access through their own gate. Long-term customers exist here too. One party has stored with them about five years. If you are parking a rig in the De Soto area, the security setup and the owner's responsiveness are the two things people keep bringing up. Call ahead for hours and availability.
