About Big Orange Storage
Big Orange Storage sits off Schaad Rd in North Knoxville, near the Food City on Malone Creek Dr. It's locally owned and run, and it offers both covered and outdoor spots for RVs and boats. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff and the security. People mention Cody and Susan by name, saying they were shown around and got set up fast. One person rents both a storage unit and an RV space and says they feel safe leaving their stuff there. Others call the place spotless and reasonably priced, with a simple rental process. 24/7 access means you're not waiting on a gate. The site is lit, and carts and dollies are on hand. Some reviewers mention a free moving truck. One long-term tenant did flag a big rate increase, so it's worth asking about current pricing.
