About BIG Rock Storage
Big Rock Storage sits in Springville, easy to reach from Springville or Ashville. It is a self-storage yard that also parks RVs, boats, and cars outside. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean and well kept the grounds are, and several mention the place feels safe behind the locked gates. Security comes up a lot. People write about cameras everywhere and double keypads at the entry. One person called it the nicest facility they have been to after 17 months of renting. Another liked that the unit was close to the exit door for loading and unloading. Staff get kind words too, described as pleasant and friendly. Most reviews are positive, but one renter had a rough go with an online move-out request and being charged for a unit they never used. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit. Outdoor parking is available for campers and boats. The office handles online payments and move-in trucks.
