About BIG Storage
BIG Storage sits on MS-57 in Vancleave, a straight shot from Ocean Springs and the Gulf Coast. RV owners park outside here, and boats fit the same setup. The lot is gated with 24-hour access, cameras, and lighting. Reviews split. Several people mention friendly staff, quick text replies, and a website that makes payments easy. Two say the place is affordable, and one business customer moved in within minutes after an after-hours call. Others had a rough start, including a unit still occupied when they showed up and trouble reaching anyone by phone. Rentals run month to month, and you can reserve online. Drive-up units come in a few sizes for households and businesses. The 4.6 rating comes from 30 Google reviews, so read a few before you commit.
