Bison Storage

About Bison Storage

Bison Storage is a self storage facility in Fargo that also handles RV and boat storage. Reviewers mention storing a large motorhome here, and one notes the lot was clean and tidy and felt well secured. Access is available around the clock. Reviews on the place are mixed. Several customers praise the customer service, saying staff were helpful and easy to work with, and one long-term renter of about five years is satisfied with the unit and the response time when issues come up. Others describe friction with management, including access lockouts and slow removal of locks after payment. A seven-year customer left unhappy with how a move-out refund was handled. Sizes mentioned in reviews include a 50x17 and a 25x10. Rent, communication, and payment come up most often in feedback. The rating sits at 4.2 from 11 reviews. There is also a note that the business supports troops. If the mixed feedback gives you pause, ask about access and move-out terms before signing.
