About Block Self Storage
Block Self Storage in Airway Heights runs a tight ship. Reviewers keep mentioning Ellie, Matt, Scott, and Alvin by name, saying staff are polite and quick to help. One person had a unit for three years without a problem, and another said the owners clear snow before it piles up. The place is clean and maintained, with a secured access gate that renters describe as smooth to use. You can rent online in minutes, which several people appreciated. A few reviews point out that paying on time and setting up autopay keeps things simple. Not every visit goes perfectly. One reviewer got locked inside for over an hour and waited three hours for a callback. Still, most reviews are positive and mention staff who work to solve problems. It's a solid pick if you want easy online setup and a clean, secure lot.
