About Blue Moose Storage
Blue Moose Storage sits in Fairbanks and handles self-storage for households, businesses, military and government folks. Reviewers mention clean facilities and good pricing, and the gate stays open until 10pm. If you're pulling a trailer, several people note it's easy to move between the rows of units. The crew gets mixed marks. Some reviewers call the owner understanding and patient, especially during a long move, and say late payments are workable if you stay in touch. Others describe rude treatment. One person arrived with a loaded Uhaul and found their reserved unit given away, then got a worse spot. Another was asked to shift their stuff to make room for someone else. So the place has fans and critics. The clean units and practical access come up again and again, but a few renters ran into booking and communication problems. Weigh both sides before you sign.
