About Boat & Trailer Storage
This Morro Bay lot stores RVs, trailers, boats and cars, and reviewers who had a good run with it call the place well maintained and easy to get in and out of. One owner kept a travel trailer here for years and came away happy. The complaints tend to land on the business side. Several reviewers describe being asked for six or seven months of rent up front for a month-to-month space, and one says no prorating was offered. Others mention trouble getting questions answered by phone, and one says a boat was held over unpaid dues. It sits at 3.3 stars across 10 Google reviews, so read a few before you commit. The on-the-ground reports are mostly fine. The sticking point is the terms and how they get explained.
