About Bolt Storage
Bolt Storage sits on Hefner St in downtown Ellijay, a block from the historic square. The lot is gated, fenced, and camera-monitored, with access from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and live phone support around the clock. Drive-up units come in 8x10, 8x20, and 10x25, and there are seven climate-controlled sizes from 5x5 to 20x15. Reviewers mention staff by name, and the help desk gets a lot of praise. Emma, Nancy, and CJ come up for answering questions, finding the right unit, and getting sign-ups done quickly. People also note competitive pricing and free locks, though one reviewer said their lockbox combo failed. Not every review is positive. One person reported a broken security gate that went unfixed for over a month, and another said their climate-controlled unit felt warm. Leases are month-to-month, so you can try it without a long commitment.
