About Briggs Ranch Self Storage
Briggs Ranch Self Storage on the west side of San Antonio opened in 2020, so everything is new. Reviewers often mention how clean the property is and how helpful the staff are, especially Janeth and Rosie at the front desk. They walk you through the rental process and policies without pressure. The facility offers climate-controlled units, which some customers use for sensitive items. Security is a plus for many, with the property described as secluded and monitored, and regular rounds being made. Online payments and moving carts are available, and you can buy packing supplies on site. A few reviews mention issues: one person had trouble with the gate not opening, and another was frustrated by limited access hours (7 AM to 10 PM). There was also a complaint about pests that went unanswered. Overall, the rating sits at 4.3 stars from 32 reviews, with most people highlighting the cleanliness and friendly service.
